ALERT！This property has changed its owner, and not more hot pot buffet. However, they do make decent Sichuan food, and the quality of the service is nice. But nothing can replace hot pot buffet, so I'm still kind of sad about it

We had the hot pot. Ingredients were fresh. Quantities were adequate. Sichuan broth was too mild. Prefer The Hot Pot Restaurant where one has choice of ingredients, unlimited amounts, and where one prepares ones own dipping sauce.

I'm Chinese and I love hot pot so I was very thrilled when I tried 1 Pot in Paris. The service was excellent (Ice cubes in water which is very rare in Paris, turned the fan on for us on the hot day without us asking, attentive server but not overbearing). My Parisian boyfriend and I really enjoyed the food. The hot pot experience was quite authentic. Everything was clean and the restaurant is still fairly new so you don't feel as if you're in a sketchy place. The food was very reasonably priced and we walked out stuffed and happy. :) I would highly recommend anyone to try this place.
