The current 2 + 2 Cafe & Bar is just a small restaurant located next to the hotel lobby and only serves buffet breakfast. Came for breakfast on the second day after checking into the hotel. The restaurant staff said that hotel residents can get a 15% discount, which is NT$179 plus one per person. Although I think the price is still a bit high, I went in with the mentality of giving it a try. There are not many food choices, and the items are ordinary. The fish and meat shaomai look like the goods bought from the car stalls in whole bags. Furthermore, restaurants use synthetic resin cups to serve customers' drinks, which also gives people a cheap feeling.
