Stayed here for a short ski vacation, and the hotel was wonderful. Opted for the half-board, which included a rich breakfast that even had custom egg dishes available for order, in addition to the general breakfast buffet. The dinner was truly spectacular, you could choose one of three mains and opt out of any dishes you wanted the day before via their app. The rooftop pool and the saunas were great, but busy - as expected, since I arrived in peak season. They offer pool and sauna reservations as well as massages, although I didn't opt for that on this trip. You get access to a free locker in the Millenium Express station, which is a really handy thing to have - not having to carry skis up and down each day made this trip a lot easier :) The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Niki and Elias. They really made sure everything was as expected - and it did! The hotel exceeded any expectations I had - I'm definitely returning here soon Rooms: Spacious, modern, clean, great view. Walkability: Everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value

Spontaneous (summer) vacation was a complete success. We liked everything from the rooms to the food. If there is something we should particularly praise, it would be the care provided by Caro in the kids club. Our daughter immediately felt comfortable with her and didn't want to leave on the last day. There is also plenty to do outside of the hotel. The train can be reached on foot. There is a lot to offer on the mountain for both cyclists and children. Unfortunately, the lake is not quite around the corner. With a small child, we had no choice but to use the car, which isn't a big deal, but should be taken into account beforehand. We'd love to come back! The only small negative point was that there is an elevator but there are individual steps within the hallways (main building). This isn't quite ideal with a stroller. Rooms: Cozy furnished rooms Walkability: The cable car (which was unlimited in our price) can be reached on foot. Please note that the train takes a while to get to the top. There is a lot on offer for children at the top (playground, toboggan run, small circular hiking trail with various stations in between,...) Food & drinks: The food was delicious and always something for everyone. Main course and dessert must be selected in advance (the evening before). You can get any soup you want from the buffet.
