The place is not clean at all. Also, the treatment of the cashier is not the best. Probably the worst Turkish food I've ever tried. Surely, I won't come to this place again. I regret the time I spent in this restaurant, although the doner Kabab was big, but not tasty at all. Moreover, the price of the rice box is very high! Small box for 6 dollars!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is ok but not special. Service is awful - arrived when the app said food would be ready and it took another 45 mins. The previous time we ordered it was an extra 30 mins and they promised that was a one off. Plus they didn't give us all the food - we'd ordered 6 banquets plus some extras and discovered when we got home that all the bread and most of the vegetarian food was missing. I emailed straight away to request a refund but they refused and said that they did give us the food even though we had multiple other adults to verify they hadnt plus receipts from the local supermarket to show we'd immediately gone out to buy bread and falafel. It's been over a month I've been trying to get a refund and I'm actually going to have to go to small claims court. I repeatedly ordered $250+ worth of food from them in 3 consecutive months so am clearly not a scammer!
