I tried the dinner buffet in this restaurant inside the Double Tree Suites by Hilton. The spread was decent with couple of soups, two veg and two non veg starters. They have good amount of main course items and 7-8 types of desserts. None of the starters were noteworthy. Peri peri chicken was soggy and not at all crispy. Amritsari fish was juicy and moist but not seasoned properly. Both the veg starters can easily be skipped. None of their Chinese dishes or the main course items were worth trying. Highly disappointed with their fish curry. Desserts were ok, especially the ghee Mysore Pak was really good. The only best part of the buffet was their Dahi Bhalla, which was cool, tasty and refreshing. They charged Rs.1,599 plus 10% service charge and 18% GST for this buffet, which is definitely not worth the price. Vegetarian options: Good amount of veg options Parking: Lot of parking available Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Paneer Tikka, Veg Salad, Veg Soup of the Moment Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Valet

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Kanika during my recent visit. During the buffet her dedication to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed, as she supported my senior citizen parents by providing them meals at the table. I am grateful for the wonderful experience that Kanika helped to create.

My Culinary Adventure at Soulful Seoul: A Symphony of Korean Delights Having spent seven memorable years living in Korea, the memories of my time there hold a special place in my heart. So naturally, when I heard about the Soulful Seoul festival at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Gurugram, I was thrilled. Hosted by the renowned Master Chef Yong Woo Park from DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo, this festival promised to whisk guests away on an extraordinary journey through the vibrant and flavorsome cuisine of South Korea. From the moment I stepped into Asia Alive, the venue for the festival, I was immersed in the sights, sounds, and aromas of Korean culture. The atmosphere was electric, with traditional Korean music playing softly in the background and the air filled with the tantalizing scent of grilled meats and spicy sauces. Chef Park's passion for showcasing the authentic flavors of South Korea was evident in every dish he presented. From the succulent Samgyeopsal (grilled pork belly) to the comforting Bibimbap (mixed rice with assorted toppings) and the crispy Jeon (Korean fritters), each bite was a revelation of taste and texture. One of the standout offerings of the evening was the Hotteok, a type of filled pancake that originated as a popular street food in South Korea. Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, it was a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors that left me craving for more. But perhaps the most memorable dish of the night was the KimChi SoMyun paired with SuYuk. The spicy tanginess of the KimChi perfectly complemented the savory goodness of the boiled pork slices, creating a harmonious balance of flavors that danced on my palate. As I savored each dish, I couldn't help but admire Chef Park's culinary expertise and his dedication to preserving the heritage of Korean cuisine. His meticulous attention to detail and innovative flavor combinations truly elevated the dining experience to new heights. Rajat Tuli, the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon Delhi NCR, aptly described the Soulful Seoul festival as an event not to be missed. It's more than just a food festival; it's a celebration of Korean culture, tradition, and the artistry of Korean cuisine. As I reluctantly bid farewell to Soulful Seoul, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to embark on such a gastronomic adventure. It was a night filled with unforgettable memories, delightful flavors, and a newfound appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of South Korea. For anyone looking to embark on their own culinary journey, I highly recommend experiencing Soulful Seoul at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon. Trust me, it's an experience you won't soon forget.
