I was the year before last and was pleased, I don’t know why there are so many complaints, but I liked everything about the hotel and the spa and even the breakfasts. The pool is gorgeous, the steam room is on par, and I really liked the hammam, even though I’m not a fan of hammam, of all places I was there, I liked this one the most. I wanted to come again, but due to tragic events the trip was canceled or postponed. In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

This whole place needs an urgent upgrade. I don’t want to take photos inside because everything needs renovation. The interior is terribly tasteless. It's terrible. Not a single modern location. It’s as if you were in the expensive-bakhato 90s and it was as if you bought furniture back then. Considering that this is oriental cuisine, all this “gold” can be served in a more stylish and modern way. All you have to do is find some decent designers and invest some money. In short, for 2023 the place looks peripheral, and their prices are modern

We went to the pool, hammam and sauna, it’s terrible... Firstly, the pool was not working, but for this they gave us a discount on visiting, as much as 500₽) Secondly, upon entering the locker room we felt such a persistent and strong smell of human excrement, as if right before our arrival someone had relieved themselves, I understand that the place is public and anything can happen, BUT we came there on Saturday at 12:00 day, and there was no one there yet except us! Thirdly, the terrible renovation in the sauna, it feels like since the opening, no boards have been replaced (covering the walls and beds), everything is black, the smell of musty wood, the sauna was cold - 50 degrees! The hammam was warmer, BUT the quality of the steam was again terrible, heavy and smelly steam as if the generators were refueled only once, or the communications through which it is supplied were never cleaned! The floors are shabby, and probably haven’t been changed since opening! And for all this “pleasure” we paid 1300₽ PER PERSON!!! (this already takes into account the discount for the pool not working). Don't go to this "spa area" if you don't want to be disappointed. And I can only say one thing to Avshar Club, close for renovations!!!! And don’t take money from people for sh*t!!! Service: 1
