I Purchased black forest cake of 3 KG at a very rate for daughter's birthday on 28.04.24 and the base of the cake was so hard that it was difficult to cut by the knife. I made a complaint and took cake to shop on 29.04.24 but B N Bakers said that there is no problem in cake. As per his statement the cake was kept for two hours in fridge, can they explain which baker does not keep the cakes in freeze I feel that B N Bakers can sell packed items like Parle G biscuits, cold drinks etc. and they are not good Bakers their other products may be good but they don't have the enough knowledge as to how prepare a good cake Plz do not purchase cake from B N Bakers Mohali.....as they are too costly and worthless.
