I had a very disappointing experience last week, I am a customer of this bakery and I often come with friends and family to have coffee and enjoy a sweet treat. However, last week I was running some errands and stopped in the bakery to use the toilet, being visibly pregnant 8th month, I politely went to the lady and asked if I could use the toilet. She said no and that I first have to buy something as the toilet is only open to use for customers, I told her I am a frequent customer and I don't need to buy something at the moment but just use the toilet. She looked and my belly and said again no. It's unfortunate as there is nowhere written that the toilet should only be used by customers. Never thought something like this would happen. I will stop being a customer of this bakery.

Vandaag uit nieuwsgierigheid verrassingspakket opgehaald. Het team is zo aardig. Schone winkel. Veel lekkere dingen. Ik kreeg zoveel mee voor €4,99 dat ik na moet denken wat ik weg ga geven, wat in diepvries gaat en wat ik gelijk moet op eten Dank u wel team Bakker Bart Kaatsheuvel
