The food I bought smelt like it was spoiled. I told them and they denied it and were very difficult to talk to. I think they were cooking rancid pork and should shut down.
Best believe when people say that their food is a hit or miss, coz it truly is. I've been to Bautista's multiple times because it's conveniently located in Pearlridge mall. They're always my first choice at this mall because well, it's Filipino food! What Filipino doesn't like Filipino food? It's pretty disappointing to have a set taste in mind with Filipino food and then eat something that has no taste at all. Today, was a miss. I was really excited to eat Lechon Kawali and Pancit from this place because I've remember it to be decent, but today was not at all :( like even their carrot had no taste, and carrots have a taste! Aside from that, their location is prime. If you're shopping at Pearlridge, it's located on the first floor across the old Taco Bell, now Da Snack Shack. There's a lot of parking available outside of the mall. Would I recommend? Well, if you got no where else to go. But! Thelma's is always worth the drive, calories, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. :P

The lechon kawali tasted and smelled funny. After a while I felt sick and threw up. The pinkabet with pumpkin was ok but very mushy. They don't do any substitutions which sucks. Total waste of money. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option.
