I found them to be rude and uncompromising. We had to cancel a booking and gave them plenty of notice. The response was that they were keeping our deposit and not even allowing us to change the date, which i found to be very inflexible. When I questioned this and told her we were never told about losing a deposit, she basically said she could not give a stuff about our complaint and didn't care who we complained to about it. We would certainly never go there and just found it to be a horrible experience. In response to your response regarding my review. Firstly I booked via telephone. You made no reference to non refundable deposit and you outright refused to allow me to change the date of booking using my original deposit. My wife then rang you a second time as she was so annoyed with your response, and she to was refused to allow an alternative date. Please don't try and hide what your response was as it just makes this whole deposit saga worse

Hi Morris, I would just like to respond and clarify a couple of point. Firstly our reservation policy is clearly stated on our website and we make a point of making it clear when anyone makes a reservation over the phone. "Booking only confirmed on payment of a $10 per person deposit. Once a reservation is received, we will contact you within 48hrs for payment of deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your bill. The Deposit is not refunded if you cancel, however can be rescheduled for another time." You never asked for another date, you asked if you could use the deposit for something else. Furthermore, the experience was not positive for my Team either and there is no need to be threatning and abusive under any circumstances.
