As an entree you ordered 2 lobster carpaccio and 1 wagyu beef tartare dish (2 of our signature dishes) at the beginning of the evening to share with 4 adults and 3 children. …As an entree you ordered 2 lobster carpaccio and 1 wagyu beef tartare dish (2 of our signature dishes) at the beginning of the evening to share with 4 adults and 3 children. It would have been my suggestion to ask the waiter to order a pasta for the kids before serving the adults, this would have given the kids a substantial filling while the adults consumed their entrees. For the main course you ordered 2 pasta dishes with blue swimmer crab, 1 pork belly, 1 wagyu beef porcini & 1 taglietti bolognaise. Our head waiter took your order and subsequently when it came time to pay the bill, it was requested to split the bill and the person who paid the bill even provided a $30 tip and advised that they enjoyed the meal? Your accusation of a 2 hour wait is disputed by our service waiter who advised it was far less than that!! It was a shame that you mentioned nothing after consuming the meals only to advise that you were happy and then go to sosial media and slander our restaurant. In relation to smoking, we have clear signage throughout the restaurant stating smoking is not allowed. Sometimes due to language barriers, some customers are not immediately aware of this but when staff are notified, we promptly advise customers to please smoke outside. No smoking is permitted within the premises. Further more in aid of our non English speaking customers, we offer a photographic menu to assist in ordering.
