We often stop here to have a coffee. We usually also order a simple roll with butter and cheese. Before the turn of the year we paid 1.95 euros for the roll. Now it costs Euro 2.41. The price increase was justified by the fact that VAT must be charged from January 1st. But it can't be that big of a difference. Assuming that 7% was previously calculated, the roll should now cost 2.16 (1.95/1.07)x1.19 = 2.16 Update: It turned out that there had been an incorrect entry in the computer regarding VAT. They apologized and were happy that the mistake was brought to their attention. As a thank you we received two hot drinks. Great solution. Extremely unfriendly towards unknown people. unmotivated staff. Sandwiches very poorly filled. We were even ignored when checking out and the people who came after us were helped first.
