It's a "something for everyone" kind of place. The broth was just ok. Good variety of things. This sort of concept restaurant isn't my preference, though. You may very well love it.

My daughter wanted to try this place out. She was hungry as she didn't eat lunch or breakfast today. The waitress/cashier told us to pick our meats and veggies in the blue tray and then you bring it up. She weighs it and you pick your broth. They also sell canned drinks. I decided to get a diet Coke while my daughter got the green tea. I think I picked too much meats as I got full. Once you bring your meats and veggies up, she weighs it, you pick your drink and then have a seat. The lady brings out your soups with the ingredients inside heated up. Mine was pretty good. I got the beef broth. My daughter got the spicy broth. We both enjoyed our soups. I got ramen while my daughter got udon noodles with mostly veggies. A nice place to enjoy your build your own ramen. It was also nice and cool inside with fans while music was playing in the background. Pretty cool concept. I would definitely come back again. They also sell appetizers and boba drinks.
