We loved our lunch stop at Buxton Munch Co! We found it on Google, and couldn't have been happier! Fun quirky atmosphere with friendly, quick & knowledgeable service. The fish tacos were super tasty and came with vast quantities of fresh stuff to put in them. Nice menu and a selection of good beer. Wish we lived closer! Buxton Munch Co was recommended to us when vacationing in Buxton. The shrimp tacos were amazing. My husband loved the fish tacos. For some reason I thought it was just a walk up carry out place but there is dining inside and very cute with a beachy, Jimmy Buffet vibe. The food was fresh and delicious. It was not overpriced and the young server was pleasant and great at customer service. The portions were large so we took what we couldn't eat back to our AirB&B for later. The only thing I would change is the to go boxes were cardboard and everthing had to be thrown in together. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you Buxton Munch Co! You truly made my wife and I feel comfortable and at ease at your establishment, and the food was outstanding, not to mention the service and decor.First, it has to be stated how the entire staff really does buy into the spirit of what they have posted everywhere, which is a mantra to be relaxed, patient, and mellow. The service is on point, but the atmosphere and attitude is pleasant and safe, and the waitstaff is made up of students from the island area, and it was nice to see such good training in such young employees. I appreciated that signage reminded patrons to be kind to them!The cabana style lighting over the bar is charming, as are the Sponge Bob references and tiki-style knickknacks around. Without being tacky, it was like a tropical retreat.The food was fresh and extremely well prepared: I got a blackened Mahi wrap, and it was hands-down the best fish wrap I've ever had. All around a great experience, and even better: a welcoming one!
