Aquí vas a encontrar un sorprendente esturión, una generosa albacora y una sabrosa carne de bisonte. Merece la pena visitar este restaurante para probar su delicado flan, su casero helado y su perfectamente elaborado pastel de chocolate. La carta de vinos es muy amplia, para que todos los clientes puedan encontrar alguno que satisfaga su gusto. Es el momento de degustar un extraordinario café.
Se comenta que aquí el personal es exquisito. Su magnífico servicio demuestra el alto nivel de calidad de Cacao. Te van a sorprender sus precios interesantes. Este lugar tiene una atmósfera encantadora y una decoración sofisticada. Pero gran parte de los usuarios de Zomato no le han otorgado a este lugar una valoración muy alta.

From the very start, Jeff and all the staff at Cacao waited on us incredibly attentively and very personably. Two of our party ordered the tasting menu and the third the avocado salad and risotto. None of us were disappointed by any of the food. It was all amazing. I see some saying the portions on the tasting menu were small (especially compared to the cost, which I think was justified) and I would agree the first couple were very small, but that's not a bad thing. The meal was very well spaced out and by the end we were all very satisfied. The food is creative and clearly made with immense passion, care, and respect. Is this the best food in Vancouver? Probably not, but it is certainly among them. What really sets Cacao apart for me though is the service. Every dish we had was discussed with us by almost all the staff. We heard the story behind their 50 year mole and were given complimentary champagne when we arrived as well as a free dessert when they learned we were celebrating (and my I add, the dessert was a passionfruit and flan dessert and it was heavenly). Furthermore, Jeff took it upon himself to suggest a different wine after I ordered another glass as he felt the one he suggested would better fit with the next two dishes on the tasting menu. I felt like I got to know the team at Cacao to some extent during the meal and I am incredibly excited to go back! Great food, great experience, and great service. I just wish I'd taken pictures of the beautiful plating.
