Cafe Azzure is pretty near Galerie De'Arts. Do not delay your visit – seriously, Italian and Mexican cuisines are waiting for you. It's a pleasant experience to eat perfectly cooked white sauce pasta, cheese balls and Bbq chicken wings. Come here for tasty brownies, ice cream and waffles if you are hungry. It's time to degustate delicious mint mojito, Irish coffee or classic mojito. Good cold coffee, chocolate shake or oreo milkshakes are waiting for you at this cafe.

Waited for an hour, asked waiter thrice for water, food never arrived despite reassurances saying 5 more mins ( went on for 15 mins, looks like they forgot the order). No proper ventilation in the summer, and extremely noisy. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a quick service. Have visited in the past but the service has detoriated completely. Do not take hungry kids with you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The only thing this place has going for it is the decent ambience/view since it's on the 4th floor and has outdoor seating. The approach is downright creepy and dirty and the 'security' in the basement parking will inform you repeatedly that they are not responsible in any way for your vehicle despite the fact that you pay a parking fee. The staff at the restaurant is most unhelpful and couldn't care less if you're in or out. It looks like they will prefer you out so they have no work. This is the only place in all of Bangalore where I've seen an English breakfast where you are refused the option to replace tea with coffee!!! Unbelievable! Coming to the actual food, we ordered an English breakfast and a classic breakfast. The classic breakfast took 35 minutes to arrive and the SAUSAGES WERE SPOILT!!! The English breakfast took an hour, yes a whole 60 minutes to arrive, that too after I walked up to the open kitchen and enquired on the status of my order. There were exactly 2 other patrons in the restaurant besides us and 6 staff in the kitchen so it's anyone's guess what took them so long. I know 6 year olds who can whip up an English breakfast in way less time than that. When it did come, the sausages were not spoilt (yay) but the salami was so stone cold, it clearly had been taken straight from the freezer and dropped on the plate. Safe to say I wouldn't be going back here ever again even if I was paid to and I hope by reading this at least some people are spared the miserable experience called Cafe Azure.
