Was at a New Year's event. Never have I experienced anything so disappointing. The place was nicely decorated, and drinks ad libitum. But that was it. "DJ" was sitting and chatting with a woman, and the music was almost non-existent while license TV from DR1 was playing on the big screen. We sat outside by the entrance and could see and hear nothing. The atmosphere was ok at first, but we waited maybe 1.5 hours for the starter. As you were very hungry, we waited another 1 hour before we only saw a few people with food - it was a buffet, without the staff having said or done anything. The food was not even presented. The buffet was a tacky batch of mixed types of potatoes and meat. Another guest had to shine his phone to see what kind of salad it was. The table was too poorly lit and incredibly small compared to the amount of people. After an hour, there were still people who had not been fed. There I and those I sat with chose to go and go into the city. Here we had to find a pizzeria to get some "proper" food, and get something reminiscent of New Year's atmosphere. Absolutely cannot recommend Cafe Frederiksberg, and have no intention of coming again. Price per person: kr 500–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
