Cafe Hydro is located at Borivali. The ambiance of this place is one of the main reasons for visiting this place. It’s a ground plus one-floor type restaurant where every floor has its specialty. On the ground floor, there is a railway compartment like seatings with the normal plus sleeper section which definitely gives the railway compartment vibes. The 1st floor is the other section known as the aqua section. As you enter you will literally feel that you are in an underwater tunnel with fishes moving behind, front and above you. This floor manages to bring a peaceful and calm vibe. The staffs here are friendly and are good at giving a recommendation based on your requirement. We had desi chili poppers which had a cheesy, sour and salty taste to it next it was the Tom Yum Mee which is the flat rice noodles with Asian seasoning had a unique blend of flavor to it, not like your normal noodles; and lemongrass mojito, it had a perfect mixture and was quite refreshing. Overall it’s one of the perfect places to enjoy the seafood and Asian cuisine in such an ambiance.
