While the food is not bad, there's nothing japanese about the taste of the food. My soft boil egg is completely hard and 100% cooked. The menu has been influenced by the culture here. Mostly steaks and fried stuff. Not authentic at all. Service and atmosphere felt japanese though... Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dear manager of Cameron Japanese family restaurant Tonight (7 May 2016) I have finally gone to your restaurant for the first time with my friend after hearing that you guys had good ice cream. We went there at around 6pm and there weren’t many people by then like 2 reserve table and 2 empty one. We sit down and order food, we ordered seaweed salad for entrée and teriyaki chicken & chicken cutlet to share at the moment everything was going fine the food were average. While we eating I notice that customer is start coming in and there were a family of five people walk in without booking but the table was full. I guessed they were standing by the door about a minute or so talking to staff about the table. Then I saw staff greeted the family to sit in reserved table. In about five minutes after the family has sit down the people who reserved that table turn up. AND AND YOU WONT BELIVE THIS! The staff walk toward my table while my friend and I still eating our food and asked” Hey are you guys finish?” and the POINTED to the people who just turn up for their reserve table and SAID TO MY FRIEND AND I THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR THEIR TABLE!!!!!!! I was so priceless when she asked I didn’t even know of what to say! Cant even believe that she asked me that. First of all, she knows that we still eating and secondly she knows that all the table is full she should just have told the family politely about the table that they are all full. NOT GREET THEM TO SIT SOMEONE ELSE RESERVED TABLE AND ASK OTHER TABLE TO MOVE! I have never ever ever gone to Japanese restaurant that had service like this? This is so unacceptable I didn’t even get to try the ice cream for dessert and don’t think will go back there again.
