真东北饺子馆 makes fresh (not frozen) dumplings made to order as you wait. You can watch them making everything from scratch while sitting at your table. No preservatives added. Chinese Dumpling House makes great food of all types but their Northern Chinese cuisine is superb. They have 2 locations. This review and photos are from the Markham location on Steeles Ave East. Their other location is in Thornhill on Hwy 7.
