Brought a small lunch snack and ate it on site. Preparation was very quick and tasty. The staff friendly. Good range of food, you can always find something there, they cater to your wishes. Very fast delivery, prices relatively expensive, but still reasonable. But two kebabs were very badly burned. Edit: Thank you for the quick reply, I'll be happy to take up the offer as soon as possible. Edit 2: During the day today I received a call from the manager of the store, who personally invited me back to the store to make amends. On site I got a refund for the two burnt kebabs and a free Pepsi. This is customer service and I have to praise the store's response! Mistakes like burnt flatbread can always happen, but dealing with criticism is important. I found the way City Pizza Görlitz handled things very positively, which is why I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. Many other restaurants can follow this as a positive example!
