Said to be one of the greatest bars in all of Asia, I had to find this myself. Way up on the 10th floor you’ll find a rustic, little bar with nothing but whiskey. It’s not a bar per se, but a whisky bar. They bottle their own brands, pictured here. Good whiskey, but if you want anything more than straight whiskey, go somewhere else. Price per person: HK$300–350 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

In a city with a few very, very good whisky bars, Club Qing holds the mantle for a large selection of rare old drams and great Japanese whiskies (everything from standard Suntory drams through to old Karuizawa and recent release single cask Chichibus). There's no pretension here though, and even if you're a beginner they'll have something for you. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of drams on offer, and the cigar terrace is a nice touch too!
