Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, puesto que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Tan pronto como entras en este establecimiento, sientes su interesante atmósfera. Pero este lugar no ha recibido una puntuación muy alta por parte de los usuarios de Google.

Literally my worst trip to Dunkin ever! Pulled up to the drive thru. They charged me for the coffee I was supposed to get free with my purchase on "national coffee day." When I complained I could hear the manager offering the employee at the window no solution so the person said there was nothing they could do. I went in to speak to the manager, who identified herself as Sarah. I said they didn't ring my order up correctly but I advised them clearly what I wanted at the drive thru. She said that it's too late because they should have scanned my app. I said well I'm sorry but that's not my problem you charged me too much. She said, "yes it is (my problem), bye!" I said excuse me I'm a paying customer and then she told me to leave.. I asked are you kicking me out of your store. She said yes. I said well that's not right I want my complaint addressed you're gonna have to call the police if you want me to leave. So she really did call the police instead of offering me a refund or any kind of customer service at all. All of the employees were just staring at her in shock because of the way she treated me. Other customers in the store stood there with their jaws dropped open because they couldn't believe what transpired. Then she watched me out the window while she called the police. All of this info can be verified by the employees who were there this morning. Also, watch the cameras. I did NOTHING to deserve to be kicked out. I will be following up this complaint to see that the situation is addressed. This is unacceptable to say the very least. The manager needs to find a new job where she doesn't interact with people. Dunkin' needs to hire people that enjoy working with people and Want to provide quality customer service. THIS IS NOT OK.
