We ordered an asian veggie bowl but got a chicken bowl instead! Being a vegetarian, it's the worst breach of trust. Astoundingly, the label on the item was empty when delivered. We checked again and confirmed online that order was placed for vegetarian bowl only. The one with a green mark. Just shows they follow absolutely no processes. Was very fond of them earlier but now can't trust. To top it all, they don't even care to apologise, let alone show some goodwill. A refund does not compensate for the stress that such a goof-up causes! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1
