I am very disappointed, they spoiled my holiday (I decided to take advantage of the local offer and celebrate my birthday here, as a result, I encountered the rudeness of the staff. I do not understand why, with free tables on each floor, I have to sit exactly where I was "assigned", and not there, where you like. On the 4th floor (terrace) there is a very unpleasant man (to put it mildly) who practically kicked my sister out of a free table while she was waiting for me from the restroom, because look "who let you sit here." To the answer that I was not arranges a table on the 1st floor, sent to stand in a new line (I remind you, there are many free tables on each floor). Do not set foot in this establishment again. If you have such rules, train the staff to convey information in a correct and polite tone.

It was my first time at your establishment, and it certainly won't be my last. The dishes are very tasty, the chicken in the entrant is simply wow. Stas and his colleague were very friendly and nice, they brought everything quickly, they didn't even have time to look around as everything appeared on the table. They are your gold, take care of them and appreciate them!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing space and history involved with this place. Inside it’s like Alice in wonderland with hundreds of gas lamps and potions around every corner. Outside you’ve got a nice patio on a beautiful cobblestone street. The service must be hit or miss here though. For us it was a huge miss, which is a shame since we planned to come here to celebrate a birthday. But not bringing out a drink after 3 orders, bringing out ice cold varenyki was the nail in the coffin. They do make some great instagram worthy presentations and cocktails.
