We are of course sorry that you left the restaurant with a regrettable experience. The long waiting time and cold food that you describe obviously does not live up to the service we would like to be remembered for. We are therefore contacting the restaurant manager so that future guests do not leave the Brasserie with the same boring experience. Again, thank you for your review.
