I like pastries and broad beans, but the attitude of the employees towards the customers is very bad and it has always been like this for years. Even if when you ask about a non-existent product, you are not told "there are these, if you don't like them, leave", such an attitude is far from professionalism and business management. It is difficult to reach you by phone. It's like they don't want to sell the product, it's like the customer is forced to buy it. I won't go there again, it's a baklava place with lots of alternatives. But they see themselves in a very special position in baklava making. I don't believe the people who write bad comments here... I came in August in the summer of 2023. Every time I come on holiday to Turkey, I run straight to Gaziburma Mustafa in the bird park, because it tastes like nothing else... My favorites are pistachio dolma and creamy pistachio şobiyet... If only they could send them abroad, I would order them every month. .. believe me, I crave it so much that I think its taste is addictive... I bought it from famous baklava places in Kadıköy and Aksaray, none of them taste like this, a person who understands the real taste of baklava will give justice to Gaziburma Mustafa.
