I just found a new Pho restaurant and I’m so stoked. They have Hu Tieu My Tho, which also makes me happy. When I received the bowl of soup, I was even happier. They have one of the best variety of seafood I’ve seen in their soup. So good. It had squid, quail eggs, shrimp, seafood meatball, pork, etc. They have an interesting menu and I’m looking forward to returning and trying more itens

I'm visiting OKC for a food adventure and my goal was to find the best bahn mi in town. GiaGia Vietnamese Restaurant is the best place for a Grilled pork sandwich!!! I tried 4 grilled pork bahn mi's(Lee's, Lang's bakery, Quac Bao Bakery and GiaGia) side by side and GiaGia no doubt had the best grilled pork bahn mi. The bread was slightly crispy, the grilled pork was moist and packed with flavor and the biggest twist of all is... they put peanuts in the sandwich. I'm not a big fan of peanut at ALL but it was quite fabulous in the bahn mi. All in All, GiaGia Vietnamese cuisine wins #1 Grilled Pork Bahn mi in OKC in my books.
