After following Grater Grilled Cheese on Instagram for what feels like forever, I finally made it in! I added additional toppings to my grilled cheese, Mac & cheese, the beer cheese chipotle sauce, and pickles. It was super delicious and cheesy. I have been to numerous BYO grilled cheese establishments that don't up-charge per topping like Grater, but the add ons being so yummy made up for that. I want to come back to try the Buffalo chicken options (Mac & cheese and grilled cheese). Super fun spot to go!

This place was delicious! If you have visited other Grilled Cheese establishments they don't even come close to the quality you will find at Grater Grilled Cheese. Price is reasonable, service was quick and the sandwiches were incredible. I recommend everyone give this place a try. Try the Philly and the Pastrami.

The lunch crew and I were going to head to The Melt for lunch, but lunchtime at the Spectrum is always a nightmare and especially during the holidays. My co-workers knew of the Grater Grilled Cheese, and had been there multiple times. It's in the Sand Canyon Plaza next to Everyday Eatery and parking can be a bit of a hassle during lunch rush. We ordered our sandwiches, some got soup, too, and we used our Yelp check in for free pomme frites. They take your phone number and text you when your order is ready. I got the Avocado melt and it was delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly. Apparently, the ketchup they provide has a hint of cinnamon or something in it, so you might not love it if you prefer Heinz. They do provide ranch when asked and that's more what I prefer. They are a Pepsi establishment, so just beware if you're more of a Coke person. The food was ready fairly quickly. The sandwiches are really big (at least to me) and I could've been fine with just a half of one. It was delicious though, grilled to perfection and I already mentioned the fries. I'm normally not a huge fan of buying grilled cheese when you can make it at home for pennies, but with the variety they offer and the quality, I'll add this to my list of lunchtime favorites.
