The truffle risotto from the chalkboard is world class, both in taste and presentation. A nice bonus: it is very cozy with efficient service and personal attention. I personally find the paninis a bit too big and coarse, not really refined. But how wonderful that these kinds of lunch spots exist! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to Gusto today and our experience is very customer unfriendly. Our reserved table had already been taken even though we were 13 minutes late and it turned out that our table was indeed already occupied and these people were already sitting at the table, which means that they had already been there for at least a few minutes, that is not a 15 minute policy. People will probably respond that they have done everything they can, but I will not easily write a bad review, but the whole experience aims to benefit as many customers as possible in as little time as possible instead of a more customer-friendly experience and miss coming up with a solution instead of leaving us outside in the cold, apparently ten others for us, too bad we came here often but won't come back here anymore. I hope for this restaurant that the receptionist at the door is not the owner because he has no empathy at all and only wants all tables to be filled. Drove for an hour, had a traffic jam and didn't eat anything. 1 star is still too much for this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
