I have been a regular visitor at Home. But had the most unpleasant experience today, because of the staff. I had reserved a spot via EazyDiner - I had called prior to coming here, just to confirm the reservation. After I reached, I let the server know again. However, a few hours later into my lunch, I received a message from EazyDiner stating that Home had cancelled my reservation as I did not show up. Just imagine! The female manager was extremely rude and said a range of statements: "I don't even know what this app is!" (I showed her my booking history which recorded my previous visits to Home); "It's not our fault" (HOME cancelled the booking btw); and "I can't do anything". Wow, great hospitality! After a lot of back and forth, finally the reservation was reconfirmed. But, this was such an unpleasant experience, that I will not step into HOME ever again, even though I was a regular customer before. I miss the earlier staff/management - all of them were so helpful and polite. This new one? Terrible communication and attitude towards customers. Do better. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We made a booking for three. On entering, we are told to take our place on the bar counter!! Really ?! For a sufi evening we sit at the bar all evening long! After a protest we get a table. The drinks listing goes into pages. We ask about beers. Only Amstel Light !! For a place which positions itself where it does, this sucks !! We still have to get to the food, but it is already an evening spoilt! Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
