We stayed here for 4 nights in September and absolutely loved it here! The rooms were clean, dinners were delicious, the spa was fantastic and Alberto and his team were there to help with all your needs! They truly made this place special and there were so many things to do/explore with little planning needed. It is up in this hills, but the hotel has free shuttles and small fee shuttle services to take you all around the island easily that makes it absolutely worth it for the service alone. Thank you again for our wonderful stay and we hope to come back! Service: 5

I stayed here at Villa Sirena for a week with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The service is outstanding, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff, Alberto, Arnaldo, and the entire team, were always available to help with anything we needed, from arranging excursions to offering great advice on exploring the island. The food was excellent, with every meal being a highlight. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. The thermal pools and solarium were an added touch of luxury, providing a perfect wellness retreat. Highly recommended! Service: 5

What an amazing stay at Hotel Villa Sirena. My heart broke when I left because it felt like I was leaving my home. Alberto is one of a kind and makes every one of his guests feel like family. We originally came with a large group for a retreat, and my partner and I loved it so much that we extended for 5 extra nights after the retreat. The rates were super reasonable and included breakfast, dinner, spa, and most importantly, the amazing hotel staff. Upon arrival, our retreat group was greeted with drinks and snacks as we waited for our rooms. When the rooms were ready, Alberto gave each of us a tour of the property and guided us to our individual rooms; our bags were already upstairs waiting for us. The room we had was incredible, with a balcony looking out towards Mt Epomeo (which we later got to hike with Alberto) and an amazing garden. The spa was super special. This is one of the few locations in Italy whose water comes directly from the geothermal resource. I spent every day in the pool, Turkish bath, Japanese bath, and the "happy shower." So relaxing, always clean, and super nourishing for the body. The rooftop has a small warm pool and the most magical place to watch the sunset every night. Speaking of every night, the hotel serves an incredible 4-course meal every evening. In the morning at breakfast, they come around with menu options for dinner that you get to choose. I spent 11 nights here and got to eat something different every night. So many different types of pastas, fresh veggies always used in the dishes, lots of different seafood, and incredible desserts. This part of the experience is when I properly fell in love with Villa Sirena. During our extension, we got to know the staff on a deeper level and left feeling like they were family. A special shout out to Mario and Antonio for remembering our coffee and egg orders for breakfast. We'd arrive for dinner with our wine at the table (you can order a bottle and they'll cork it for you if you don't finish it) and chili oil at the table because they knew we loved it so much. I really enjoyed getting to know them both and shared many laughs together. There are so many things to do and see in ischia and the hotel offers a shuttle that would take us wherever we needed to go. Alberto was always a quick message away if we ever needed anything and gave us so many recommendations. He also called on our behalf to make bookings/reservations when we thought we could just show up places on a whim. He knows everything that's going on on the island that there's really no need to use Google.. he even has all the ferry times and operators memorized. I also want to thank the ecto team for cleaning our rooms every day. Not only would we have the typical switch out of towels and linens, but our things would be tidied up as well. We'd see the team out in the halls in the morning and they always greeted us with a cheerful 'buongiorno!' All in all, I would come back to Hotel Villa Sirena in a heartbeat and would even make a trip to Italy just to come back to ischia and stay here. Highly recommend to anyone staying in southern Italy as a home base for all the different places to visit, since it's only a ferry ride away to Naples, Sorrento, and Capri. Thank you Alberto, Arnoldo, Mario, Antonio, and the rest of the staff at Hotel Villa Sirena for the amazing experience and hospitality!!!
