My rating goes to the older saleswoman who was on duty at around 2:00 p.m. on December 7th, 2023. A polite, customer-oriented tone is completely alien to her. Since we didn't want to be bullied, we bought our bread elsewhere, no problem, there are plenty of alternatives in Unterschleißheim. A conversation with the boss would be urgently necessary. When this lady is on duty in the future, we will buy our bread elsewhere. The younger, dark-haired ladies are always friendly and on the ball. Food: 5 Service: 1

At 6:20 p.m. I bought a loaf of bread and asked that I slice it straight away. Before I could even finish my sentence, the older, short lady interrupted me with “You know that we close at 7 p.m.”. I looked at my watch in surprise and told her my surprise. More than 30 minutes before closing time. The lady then said she was alone and had already cleaned the cutting machine. Although I received my bread as ordered, the saleswoman clearly made a mistake in her choice of tone and words. Unfortunately, she didn't have a name tag on her. I would have liked to mention her by name here so that there would be an opportunity for a conversation and training measures. Service: 2
