Things are getting worse at Ikea. The order in the collection warehouse is chaotic and increases frustration enormously when something is missing. It's getting annoying for me. I'd rather buy somewhere else.

I now remember why I've avoided IKEA until today: it's way too huge for me, confusing, overcrowded and I didn't find what I was looking for either, sorry but not my store

DOES NOT deserve a star!!!!...My Ikea Family Card was snatched out of my hand during the payment process and it was announced that I couldn't get it back and that I should download the app onto my phone instead. The ladies didn't want any questions, there was no response to the repeated requests and later instructions to hand over the card again and there were no plausible explanations...very poorly trained staff!! .....My card was actually confiscated - if I downloaded the app I could get my cut-up card back....What kind of behavior is this on the part of the salespeople? ...... I then left the purchase there......
