Best waiters ever, delicious food and more beer than I could count. Just beautiful! Wonderful view on the riverside

Very rude staff and the owners are Racist. The food is under cook or overly cooked. I spoke with the cooks. Reńe is a dumbfounded And unprofessional cook. He says be been working there 8 years but travel all of the EU cook for countless restaurants, I am not saying it not true but he acts like a child at 38 years old. I watch him on how he actted. The Severs were highly rude and unprofessional. Always sitting down and eatting not coming to check on the customers. I would advise not to go there for food. Their are alot more restaurants/beer gardens in Würzburg and alot better staff. Stay away from Jahnterrasse.Update: Jahntrrasse comment on my review saying "Unbelieve insults and flase calims" Everyone this is not professional. I am a new food and restaurant reviewer. I travel thru different nations. Mainly in the USA and Western Europe. I leave reviews and Now I proven that This Restaurant clearly lack management and lack skill to own up to their error. Normal Restaurants owns up to there error fix it and as us to review it again. The owners should be ashame. Also just alittle Reminder to the Jahnterrasse, Automatically being defensive and disagree with your customers will result in both more Negtive reviews and Lost of revenue, Remember the Customer is always right. Hold back your Anger and show respect for your customer views. I am only saying what I exp. and what I saw. I have the freedom to speak my view and inform others what I think of your Restaurant. You have the right to disagree with my statement. It is one of 3 of you or maybe all 3 of you reviewing my comments. If Reńe is the reviewer then of course You will automatically defend yourself to save your own name. If your the Owners. I believe you are a married couple, Then you must learn the simple fact that Each Customer is allowed to givr their input. You can not demand all postive reviews. This is not the 1940s Germany where people are not allowed to speak there minds. Now I As they you not reply again as a sign of Repesect. I hope this is both a learning experience and a chance to grow. I will review your Restaurant again within a year. I hope next time I can give you a postive review. With the up most Repesect,Warrior.
