Podría haber puesto 5 estrellas porque hemos dormido en una habitación muy confortable y limpia. Sin embargo mi queja es otra y no tiene que ver con el hotel sino con un TIMO AL TURISTA. Me explico: resulta que preguntando al hotel por un PARKING económico por la zona nos dicen que tienen un partenariado con el parking Qpark Baret Saint-Ferreol y nos venden un ticket para las 24h por 18€ Cual es nuestra gran sorpresa que cuando vamos a sacar el coche metemos nuestro ticket original y después el ticket que nos había vendido el hotel t vemos que nos sale más caro. Hablando con la persona del parking nos dice que la tarifa del parking 24h es 15,60€ (ver foto). Con lo cual no solo no nos sale más barato sino que encima pagamos más. Hemos ido al hotel a reclamar y nos han devuelto 2€ poniéndonos la excusa de que no estaban al tanto de las tarifas. Advertido está todo el mundo sobre EL TIMO DEL PARKING. No fiaros. Dear Mes San, We are sorry for the issue you encoured with the parking ticket, as we discuss when you come back at the hotel, we didn’t know about the modification of the rate. Few month before, the price on place was 20€ and not 15.60€. We gave you the difference between the price you paid and the price you could paid if you paid directly at the parking. We have change the rate of the ticket at the hotel following your bad experience. Finally, we are happy that you enjoyed the hotel and hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again. El hotel se encuentra próximo al Vieux Port, tiene una buena ubicación. Las habitaciones se localizan en edificios independientes al principal donde está la recepción. Son pequeñas, y aunque reformadas, aun se aprecian signos de obsolescencia, no obstante las camas son muy cómodas. La insonoración a la calle es muy buena , sin embargo no tanto en el interior del edificio que deja oir hasta los pasos en la planta superior. El servicio del desayuno, cortito y la limpieza podria mejorar. Indicado para una estancia exprés. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

We are sorry that you were disappointed by the size of your room during your stay, as well as the noises from the room above. We tried to renovate the rooms to isolate to the maximum, however these buildings are old and can’t be soundproof more than this. We hope that you had a pleasant stay with us despite these inconveniences, we will be happy to welcome you again during your next trip in the South of France !

I went to Le Jardin Montgrand restaurant for dinner and I loved the place. Intimate address a few steps from the Old Port. Monthyon car park 50m away, so great for parking and enjoying the evening in the city! Thank you to the whole team for the welcome and the atmosphere, I can't wait for the opening of the terrace!!! Food & drinks: Seasonal menu including vegetarian options Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet, Great value
