El hotel dispone de una excelente habitaciones y buen servicio.Tiene una ubicación estratégica para visitar la zona.Preciosa piscina con vistas al puerto.

Hotel bonito,bien decorado,cómodo, habitaciones funcionales y confortables.El desayuno variado y de calidad y los cócteles muy bien hechos.Los trabajadores del hotel muy atentos y agradables.

I booked a stay at the Jupiter Marina Hotel advertised as “ FREE CANCELLATION” on July 6th 2022. I cancelled it the following day as I could not get flights and I still have not received any refund! They are refusing to refund me, I have reached out to them multiple times as have Revolut stays and they have not done a thing to resolve the situation. I highly advice against booking this hotel, absolutely horrific customer service. I am down over €700 for a 4 night stay which I didn’t even go to!

We lively do recommend you contact Revolut Stays to know more details about your reservation and the booked cancellation policies. From the hotel side, we do sorry but there is nothing else we can do. You have to manage directly with the agency where you made the reservation.
