Let me bring to your notice post my enquiry with my staff that, you have not made any Google pay transaction with Kiran Hanajibail and you have handed over cash. In case you have any proof of having made the payment kindly send it across to my number that I will mention below to clarify further. Further more a customer usually does not pay without the bill. Kiran Hanajibail clearly has told me that he has handed over the bill to your wife who had accompanied you. I find it as your mistake IF YOU HAVE paid without being handed over the bill, which is not true at all. Had you asked for the bill and our restaurant did not hand it over and yet PRESSURIZED you to pay, then it is our fault. Which did not happen again. Let me add on to this that, the bill amount was Rs 588, and you have paid Rs 600. I clearly don’t understand what is the BIG LIE and GOLMAAL that you see in this. Makes me question if the difference amount of Rs 12 can result in me doing GOLMAL as you claim. For having my same staff for the last 20 years I’m sure my staff won’t do something like this for Rs 12. In case you haven’t given that Rs 12 as a tip to the boy who served you, he’s more than ready to give it back to you. Kindly reply with your number. I would also like to bring to your notice that since you have taken a parcel, sitting in your car, do you mean to say that your car is not good and unhygienic because you haven’t entered the restaurant at all to comment on it.
