The treats food at this store a very delicious. They mix a lot of sweet and salty treats together to make an enjoyable dessert. My favorite item there that I would recommend is the chocolate se salt cookie or any of the taffy apples Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Peanut Brittle, Kilwins Original Recipe Hand-Packed Ice Cream Quart, Peanut and Pecan Caramel Apple

I’m soo disappointed. I can tell the management here is not up to par. It doesn’t seem like anybody is happy or enthusiastic with their attitudes. The place is stale and boring. I used to come here all the time and it had a lively energy. These days it has a strange smell and everything is overpriced. Doesn’t even taste the same. Wouldn’t recommend. I don’t know if the ownership changed but all the old staff left and it doesn’t seem great. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just walking into Kilwins Evanston and I was immediately struck by the wonderful aroma of fresh waffle cones. The ice cream selection was impressive and the service was fast and friendly. The shop is located in a convenient spot within downtown Evanston, making it a great place to grab a sweet treat for friends and family. Overall, I had a great experience at Kilwins Evanston and would highly recommend it to others.
