Hello, the fries full of old fat, very glassy and disgusting. I'd rather not say anything about the staff. The children's nuggets were still raw in the middle and a little frozen. We have been to the Balneon 5 times in a very short space of time during the summer holidays and each time the Knoll Fresh Food was the highlight for both us and the kids. The dishes are all freshly prepared and you can taste it. The homemade nuggets along with the Frenz Fries are my favorite. My wife always raves about the salad and rightly so...fresh and crunchy as it should be. We are already looking forward to the next visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
