we placed our first order from the kolache factory this past sunday for a pickup. once we came home (we live literally less than 5 mins from the location) the food was COLD! it had no hint of warmth whatsoever. i was highly disappointed with the service. i mean you spend money on the food just for it to be so cold that the flavor of the food starts lacking. i ordered the cream cheese, italian, beef kolache, philly steak, & the potatoes with egg. they were pretty decent. except them being so cold. i don’t like how when ordering online, it does not give you a choice to pick your own flavor of muffin. we added a drink to our order, it did not give an option to pick apple or orange juice. i put apple juice in the option box to see if it’ll work, it did not. they gave us orange instead. now i’m skeptical about ordering here in this location, not sure if it is the same for others. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Philly Cheese Steak

Anahi I am sorry you were unhappy. We are happy to heat your kolaches longer if you simply let us know. I do want to thank you for your feedback on our website. I apologize this frustrated you, as we thought it was understood that customers knew to write in their selection in the special comments portion just under the descriptor. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I will certainly address this with our staff that they provided the wrong flavor. I have gone ahead and refunded you for the juice. I do hope you will give us another chance to serve you and your family.
