What a horrible service. This Asian guy who took my order, says he will make it fresh. Great. Every 15 minutes that I check to see if it's ready, he says not yet. A descent person would say how long it may take such as 10 min, 20 mins/... nothing. 45 mins later I ask if it's ready, he says no...... wow what a horrible service. Learn the basics of communication please so your customers know what to expect. This made me so angry that all my lunch period went for waiting and at the end all i got was a refund and not even an apology
