Pésimo, los postres bueno ,el sitio bonito. Pero bueno el menú degustación nada. Volveré otro día por si me equivoqué he visitado muchísimos sitios en mi dilatada vida viajando y es posible me equivoqué yo de día. Sí no es así lo pondré

I’ve had great dining experiences here before and was excited to return. However, my most recent dining experience at Lambrusqueria Conde Altea left me feeling utterly dissatisfied and underwhelmed. Despite requesting a rare steak, what was delivered to my table was a disappointing medium-cooked slab. This unfortunate occurrence, combined with the restaurant's unsatisfactory response, has led me to leave this negative review. From the moment I took my first bite, it became apparent that the steak was not prepared to my specifications. It lacked the desired texture, tenderness, and flavors that one expects from a properly cooked rare steak. Disappointed, I attempted to inform the server about the issue and assert my dissatisfaction. However, it took 30 minutes for the server to come by my table. Seeing as it was getting late, I no longer wanted a replacement. While I appreciate that errors can occur, it's disheartening to encounter such a negative response. Instead of offering a sincere apology and a swift resolution, the staff's solution was to discount me a mere 1/3 of the steak. This showed a lack of concern for providing quality service and satisfaction to their patrons. As a customer who takes the time to communicate my preferences, I expect a certain level of attention to detail. A simple acknowledgment of the error and a genuine effort to rectify the situation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet these expectations. In conclusion, my experience was a letdown. The failure to deliver a properly cooked rare steak and the lackadaisical response to my complaint were both major disappointments. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment, encouraging them to improve their attention to detail and customer service. It is disheartening to leave a negative review, but it is essential to inform fellow diners of my unfortunate experience. Going forward, I will reconsider choosing Lambrusqueria Conde Altea and urge others to be cautious when dining there. Hello Johnny! You have arrived at 11:30 p.m. at night without a reservation, and we with human quality have welcomed you and given you a table with your companion. At Lambrusqueria we have seen the loss of sensitivity of verbally expressing your disagreement, our waiter asked you if we would change your steak and you said no because it was late, however you stayed at our table until closing almost 1: 00 at night, and we were able to talk to you but you didn't care about our treatment, we also invited you limoncello and gave you a discount, you didn't want to talk in person. If you have always had good gastronomic experiences with us before, writing all this is not human… We hope you return soon!
