Salvation Army Heritage Centre es una estupenda atracción turística para aquellos que vienen a comer a este restaurante tras un largo paseo. Disfruta de las cocinas australiana y francesa en Little Collins St Kitchen. Este lugar te ofrece su generoso salmón ahumado, sus atrayentes gambas y sus tiernas ostras. Sus cocineros preparan aquí un bien preparado pastel de frutas, un bien trabajado helado y un singular pastel de limón.
La carta de vinos es muy variada: hay que satisfacer las necesidades de todos los clientes. This restaurant is located in the Sheraton Hotel, upstairs on Level One. When I looked it up, I wasn’t taken by the photos, but it is in a convenient location. The food is really nice. Better than your average hotel restaurant. I have eaten the caesar salad, burger, and croc monsieur from the lunch menu, and the lemon tart from the dessert menu. All were amazing, but expensive. There is an extensive drinks menu, but it is heavy on the wines and spirits, with not so much attention paid to the cocktail list. The non-alcoholic cocktail list is better than the actual cocktail list. They could do some more work here, other places have really refined and sophisticated cocktail lists. The Sheraton Vespa cocktail was nice, but the espresso martini we had was badly made, and considering the high prices, I expect more. The physical environment of the restaurant is really very nice. A great selection of comfortable seating options, and you always have your own space. But I need to add something else. I have been here 3 times now, and every time they have been out of something I wanted. Every. Single. Time. This has the potential to be a beautiful restaurant, but just seems to fall short. And for the prices they charge the quality of the experience needs to be better. Service: 5

I visited the Sheraton for dinner on Thursday 16 November 2023. Based on my observations when I visited the dining room was not busy and there were plenty of staff working at the time. It costs approximately $100 per head to dine at the restaurant, give or take; that is to say they charge at a premium price point. When a restaurant business charges at this rate, one expects to receive high quality food and a high standard of service. A basic offering is not acceptable at this price level, and a below average offering for this price is nothing short of a rip off. Unfortunately I felt ripped off on this occasion. The service was poor. I ordered bread as a starter and it was served without a side of butter . I asked for butter twice over the course of my meal and it never came. I also ordered a side of greens with my main and it did not come until well after my main was served. It was then abruptly taken away. I tried to ask for it to be returned but received no response from staff. The meat was ordinary but certainly nothing special . In view of my experience overall , I was not impressed and would not return. People often attend restaurants that hold themselves out as being premium to celebrate a special occasion or do something nice and are perfectly entitled to have high expectations given how much money it costs. Often times people save up to dine at a place like the Sheraton. It is disappointing that the Sheraton could not provide even a basic level of service on the quiet weeknight when I visited. They either need to drastically raise their standards or drop their prices, otherwise they’re just in the business of relying on an international brand name to rip people off.
