Little Ox Cafe is open starting at 6am, which is nice for early birds like me. It's easy to stop and get a quick coffee or bite to eat, or you can sit down and have breakfast. There are a few tables inside and a few chairs and tables outside as well. This morning I had an espresso and the Big Ox Breakfast, which is really big! It comes with 2 eggs scrambled (felt like 3 - you can also get your eggs fried), buttered toast, grilled tomato, baked beans, bacon, and your choice of chorizo or beef sausage. I got the beef sausage - it was lovely! Very well seasoned and tasted like thyme and sage. I also took a bbq pork bun to go for lunch. At $25 it's not a cheap breakfast, but I got a lot of food early in the morning, which was worth it to me. I will come back!
