Obviously vegetarians wouldn't normally go to a place with "lobster" in its name, but this review will be relevant to groups with mixed dietary preferences. This is one of those places where vegetarians would be better off ordering sides than the vegetarian set. The set dishes were works of art, but tasted just OK and were literally just vegetables - no protein is one thing, but they didn't even have carbs. Maybe they were trying to accommodate literally every possible dietary restriction. The seasonal fruits tasted like fruit you could buy at Park n Shop. Not much flavor, mostly underripe. The non-vegetarians enjoyed their food enough but I didn't get the impression they were wowed. Service was slow, as they were understaffed. We were taking the brunch on last Sunday, was disappointed when knowing only two labels of wines can be chosen, both red and white are from Australia（Conrad executive lounge have much more choices, and it's free for member!) Yet the lobster, the tartare steak, especially the roast beef were excellent, the lady sommelier was talking with some guy whom sitting in, not sure if he is a customer or colleague; otherwise, all the services are good! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
