I ordered a 凉皮yesterday and I didn't get a chance to eat it until today, however when I opened the box the "凉皮” had hardened which i fondi very strange because regular 凉皮wouldn't do that. I tried to separate the pieces to see if it was still salvageable but turns out it's NOT EVEN 凉皮It's just rice noodles which is nothing like 凉皮at all and I'm frankly extremely disappointed by this. The mutton braised noodles taste as authentic as the ones I had in Henan, and the pretty girl at the cashier is also pretty. Sit at the small table next to you and eat the delicious and chewy braised noodles while looking at the beautiful woman. It’s so worth it, haha. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been visiting Richmond a lot recently and I had a chance to try out @lumingchunrestaurant at the Yaohan Centre food court. Lumingchun Restaurant offers quite an impressive selection of Northern Chinese/ Xian cuisine. Here’s what I’ve tried: •Spicy house beef noodle in soup •Chinese Hamburger with pork •Spicy chicken stew with rice •BBQ lamb skewers I enjoyed the food and I thought it had really delicious and spicy flavours. The spicy house beef noodle was my favourite! I was impressed at the tenderness of the beef. I would also recommend the Chinese hamburger with delicious pork as the filling. The lamb skewers were also tender with a good depth of flavour from the cumin. The chicken stew was not as spicy as it looked and it was very tender and full of flavours. You can savour the chicken with the included rice with some of the broth Overall, I enjoyed the food here! The dishes had the flavours and the portions were generous for the price.
