That's such a nice place to grab dinner with a glass of red wine and some of their idk, steaks or pot roast. I had something like that it was soooo delicious!!! Great customer services.

Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. I will be bringing friends next time. Food and feeling reminds me of Kansas City.

Finally found a good day to drag the bf over to Max's Wine Dive for brunch and holy french toast! We were not disappointed. First, I have to say that I was a little hesitant to come in here for brunch because the price on the menu is even higher than the already pricey eggs and bacon plates I see around town. But, I'm happy to report that the price definitely justifies the amount of food that they give you in here and definitely that good good flavor too! The bf and I both got in on bottomless mimosas (grapefruit or oj options) and they were both yummy. Our server was great, but definitely busy, so I feel like we didn't get quite as many refills as we're used to at other bottomless brunch situations, but not an issue. So now, the food. If you don't listen to anything else I say on this review, listen to this one: get the S'mores French Toast. Creme brulee battered brioche bread, nutella, whipped marshmallow, and graham cracker crumble. This was officially one of the best french toasts I've ever had. The bf completely agreed with me too. I'm just a sucker for nutella anyway, but this was heavenly. Our french toast came out first because their fried chicken takes some time to make, but this was also absolutely worth it. The bf ordered their Fried Chicken & Waffles which comes with one full, fluffy Belgian waffle and three, healthy pieces of well-seasoned, deliciously juicy fried chicken. A $20 plate, but compared to some other super skimp chicken and waffle meals we've gotten elsewhere for right around the same price, this plate was definitely worthy. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Benedict which was another big ol' plate of two Southern style biscuits, honey butter, crispy fried chicken, and poached eggs smothered with sausage gravy and a side of home fries. This was also delicious - the potatoes were cooked and seasoned well, my chicken, egg, biscuit and gravy made a yummy mess in front of me and I wasn't mad at it. Alright, Max. Your brunch is on point and I see that you have happy hour wine prices every day from open to 6:30 pm. If i was a wine gal, I'd be down. But for now, your fried chicken and s'mores french toast is enough to keep me coming back.
