Bakery backed by Intermarché, the passage for customers is quite narrow, you quickly find yourself crowded. The bread is varied and of good quality. The special breads are really very good, as are the traditional baguette and the pastries. I am a good customer who regularly takes special breads, including walnut breads, and pastries. I visited on Saturday 25/05 and yesterday Monday 27/05 and the 2 young women were very friendly. On the other hand, this is not at all the case today. My message concerns the service of the person present today (May 28 around 11 a.m.). So that there is no confusion, this is the person to whom a customer gave a cup. As it happened, I was delighted to see a whole walnut loaf and planned to eat almost the whole thing. I was also planning to take a tradition and some pastries. However, when I asked her to give me as much of the center of the bread as possible, she replied like a robot "a quarter or a half". So I reiterated my request and she continuously replied "a quarter or a half". So I decided to only take the traditional baguette already served. I completely understand that ends alone don't sell. But in this case, and this does not pose a problem for the other sellers, she can very well keep pieces that sell. I find it really incomprehensible that she would prefer to do without a very good sale, including almost a whole loaf, and that she would only accept the sale of a quarter or half of the loaf. How can you be a salesperson without taking the time to listen to the customer? Of course the customer is not king, but in sales the essential quality remains listening.
