We love Malcom's meat pies. They're a regular part of our diet, we usually buy 6 pies at a time and throw them into our freezer. They're perfect for those days we've run out of time to cook. Just pop on in the oven and wait 30 - 40 min. One pie is enough to make satisfying lunch, but if you're a big eater pair it with a salad or soup. The crusts are flaky and buttery. The fillings are meaty and generous. Some of our favourites: Lamb, pea and mint; beef vegetable, curry chicken, fish and cheese. We very much want to try the chicken, leek and bacon as well as the pork, apricot and mustard.
